New Baby Brother

Oh my goodness, oh my goodness, oh my goodness! I just got a bad case of baby fever. Check him out: Here is Grace the first moment she laid eyes on her brother... Then it was time for her to meet him! First time to hold him...she's so gentle! What a beautiful family.
Brother and Sister:Then it was Maya's turn to fall in love! (That's Amanda holding him. I forgot to ask her if I could post a picture of her but I bet she won't mind because she's so sweet. And pretty.)

New Big Sister

Grace stayed with us yesterday and last night while her baby brother came into the world! Lots of playing mommy, lots of dress-up, lots of fun! Time for a bedtime snack... ...and she's starting to look very sleepy! Grace even joined in on the bedtime story. In the morning we had a little present waiting for her, baby bottles so she can practice being a big sister. Isn't she a natural? Now we get to go visit that new baby!!

Happy Valentine's Day!

To celebrate Valentine's Day, we had a party with our home school group. The kids passed out valentines, had fun snacks and played games. It was great fun!The weather was so nice we were able to take the kids out to play.Mark and I took the kids to Cheddar's for dinner and finished up our Valentine celebration with a Cookie Monster!

Bedtime Stories

This is something Mark does with the kids every night at bedtime. They have spent the last several nights reading Flat Stanley by Jeff Brown, which is a really cute kids book. Tonight they will start Stanley, Flat Again, also by Jeff Brown. A fun and cozy way to get ready for bed!

Dress-up

Maya set up a studio portrait photo shoot for the kids. She did this all by herself. She came in to me and said "Mommy, I think better come here...and bring your camera!"

You remember Grace, right? We get to play with her on the weekdays. Maya wanted some pictures of just her. Quite a set-up, don't ya think?
I am definitely one blessed lady.
