A New Trail

What did you do with this gorgeous day?We visited the South Creek Greenway trail in Springfield. The trail winds it's way through a secluded and peaceful area next to a small creek. There are lots of opportunities to explore at the water's edge: There is a golf course just upstream. The kids are plotting here how to fish some stray golf balls from the creek: Of course the kids had to poke at the green slime:

Don't tell me you've never rolled down a hill. All kids must do this:

A Beautiful Day

Today was a beautiful spring-like day here in Springfield. We spent the entire day outside. I hope you enjoy the pictures of the kids as much as I enjoyed taking them!

New Baby Brother

Oh my goodness, oh my goodness, oh my goodness! I just got a bad case of baby fever. Check him out: Here is Grace the first moment she laid eyes on her brother... Then it was time for her to meet him! First time to hold him...she's so gentle! What a beautiful family.
Brother and Sister:Then it was Maya's turn to fall in love! (That's Amanda holding him. I forgot to ask her if I could post a picture of her but I bet she won't mind because she's so sweet. And pretty.)
