This is an easy recipe. I like to help my mom bake these. They taste sweet and yummy. You need to have your mom or dad help you because you bake it in a hot oven. They are tasty.
Apricot Bars
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups oats
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 3/4 sticks (regular, salted) butter, cut into pieces
1 10-12 ounce jar Apricot Preserves
